Submit Your Manuscript
Please format your manuscript based on the Journal’s Instructions to Authors and inform us of any word limits in each section. We prefer that you submit your manuscript in Microsoft Word for Windows or Macintosh format.
Review The Cost Estimate (Quote)
You will receive an email directly from one of our front desk managers confirming that we are proceeding with the cost estimation. The front desk manager will provide a cost estimate for translating your manuscript in our cost estimation system and the estimate will be delivered to your email. We will not proceed with the translation without your approval, signified by clicking the Accept button in the cost estimate web page. Once you click the Accept button, we will start to process your manuscript for translation. At this time, you will receive the invoice with detailed information for your payment.
Review Your Translated Documents
Upon completion of the translation by a translator with a biomedical background, a proofreader with biomedical background will proofread the translation against the original document to make sure all the translated material is correct. Then, our front desk manager will email you that the translation has been completed and attached to the email. Please review the translation carefully, and inform us of any questions or concerns. Please mark any changes or additions for our review. Upon your review, please return it to us for final editing. The final edited version should then be ready for you to submit to the target journal.
