Submission

To ensure that you receive all our emails, add info@biomedproofreading.com to your address book or trusted sender list. You should receive our response within a couple of hours upon a successful submission if you receive an automatic confirmation email immediately. If there is no response after 6 hours, please check your spam/junk folder, or contact us directly by email (info@biomedproofreading.com), WeChat (copyeditor), or WhatsApp (+1-216-280-4487). 

We issue certificate of English editing without charge for full-service copyediting of manuscript (including title and author name). However, this editing certificate is void if the entire manuscript is not provided for this purpose, and is fee-based once services of BioMed Proofreading® LLC were fulfilled.

Please ensure that all documents are in final stages of preparation, limiting file names to English alphabet ONLY. Otherwise, they may be impossible to open. Tables and figures are also quite helpful when interpreting the main content.

The file size limitations are 5 mb (file 1), 5 mb (file 2), and 15 mb (file 3). If your file size exceeds the limitation, please upload via Google Drive and share the link with us.
